LAB Technician II

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and research industry, is seeking a LAB Technician II to join their team. As a LAB Technician II, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting research, development, and product testing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: LAB Technician II Location: Maplewood, MN Pay Range: 22-25/hr What's the Job? Perform chemical, biological, physical, and mechanical analyses and tests required for research, development, or quality control of processes and products. Assist with compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting test results accurately and efficiently. Follow established procedures and methods to ensure consistency and reliability of test outcomes. Work collaboratively within a self-directed team environment to meet project goals and deadlines. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. What's Needed? Experience in a laboratory or technical environment is preferred. Good mechanical aptitude and skills, with specific training in inspection procedures or product lines a plus. Proficiency in computer literacy, including data entry and report generation. Strong communication skills and effective time management abilities. Ability to work with moderate work direction and identify issues or problems with minimal supervision. What's in it for me?
