Veterinary District Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the veterinary and healthcare industry, is seeking a District Manager to join their team. As a District Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting multiple hospital locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial management within healthcare settings, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: District Manager Location: Clayton, Missouri Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 What's the Job? Support and oversee up to 15 hospital locations to ensure operational excellence and team engagement Partner with hospital teams to develop and empower managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment Assist in onboarding and integrating newly acquired hospitals, building strong relationships with new teams Manage hospital financial performance by understanding P&L statements and implementing strategies for growth Travel 50-75% to visit hospital locations, providing coaching, support, and oversight What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or relevant work experience Experience managing multiple healthcare or veterinary hospital locations Certified Veterinary Practice Mansger or Certified/Registered Verterinary Technician is perferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and positive attitude What's in it for me?
