Lab Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Laboratory Support team supporting pharmaceutical research and development activities. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lab Technician Location:Cambridge, MA What's the Job? Prepare buffers, agar plates, and tissue culture media for laboratory operations in accordance with formulation documents and standard procedures. Accurately record weights, pH levels, and other parameters on formulation worksheets. Review formulation worksheets completed by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance. Conduct daily checks of stock solutions at designated locations and maintain inventory levels by placing orders when necessary. Communicate effectively with team members and customers via email and other channels to support laboratory needs. What's Needed? Associate degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent laboratory experience. Strong math and algebra skills for solution calculations. Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently. Capability to organize work activities efficiently and work independently. What's in it for me?
