Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.Active Washington State COTA license is required to start the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.Demonstrated experience implementing restorative programs, ADL retraining, and fall prevention strategies preferred.Experience documenting in electronic medical records preferred.
