Job DescriptionJob Title: Cardiac Rehab Dietitian (Full-Time) Location: BSW Hospital Locations in Fort Worth and DallasAramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cardiac Rehab Dietitian to join our healthcare team. This role will provide nutrition care to our cardiac rehab patient population at 2 locations ? Fort Worth and Dallas. The role is expected to work 3 days per week at Fort Worth and 2 days per week at Dallas.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including medical and dietary history, to develop individualized nutrition plansProvide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families to support health and disease managementCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to provide holistic patient careDevelop and implement nutrition policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance with regulationsStay current with the latest developments in the field of nutrition and make recommendations for continuous improvementAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institutionRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential and current license in the state of TexasAt least 2 years of clinical nutrition experience, including direct patient counselingDemonstrated experience using motivational interviewing techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesConditions of employment include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
