Senior Product Manager - Tech, Ring & Blink Accessories

The Ring & Blink Accessories team is seeking a results-driven Senior PM-T to join the team. This role offers an opportunity to make significant impact by developing tech accessories that solve real customer problems. From mounting solutions to power options and many more, you’ll have the ability to own the accessory vision for a suite of devices. Key job responsibilities- Define and drive product strategy through comprehensive internal and external market analysis - Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively - Balance prioritization and trade-offs across customer experience, features, profitability, and operational support - Collaborate up, down, and across the broader organization to deliver high-quality products on schedule - Effectively manage multiple product development programs simultaneously across different stages- Proactively identify and resolve strategic and tactical obstacles impeding team performance goalsAbout the teamOur mission is two-fold. At its core, we enable millions of Ring and Blink devices to deliver on their most popular customer use cases by developing power-related accessories (batteries, solar chargers, power supplies), installation kits, and spare parts kits among others. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
