Our client, a leading organization in the medical device and regulated industries, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Artwork and Labeling support team, collaborating closely with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Coordinate artwork and labeling projects within a regulated environment Work closely with the Project Manager to manage labeling content, instructions, and materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams and artists to gather, track, and communicate information Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to terminology and layout standards Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment What's Needed? Strong proofreading and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail Familiarity with terminology and processes related to layout and artwork development Ability to multitask, work quickly, and adapt to changing priorities Proven experience in project coordination or project management Strong organizational and communication skills What's in it for me?
