Our client, a leading organization in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to join their team, onsite, in Maplewood, MN. As a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Regulatory Affairs department supporting international registration and re-registration processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Coordinator Location: Maplewood, MN (100% Onsite, M-F, Normal Business Hours) Pay Range: $25/HR + Benefits Contract Duration: 12-Months W2 Contract, potential to extend Job Function: Engage with regulatory affairs personnel from over 80 countries to facilitate registration and re-registration of medical devices and drugs. Prepare and process notarization, apostille, or authentication of certificates via the Washington Consulate Service. Coordinate documentation and ensure compliance with international regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records of all regulatory submissions and communications. Become a notary to effectively carry out job responsibilities related to document authentication. Required Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills to interact effectively with international teams. Ability to learn and adapt to regulatory procedures across various countries. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Willingness to become a notary to perform specific job duties. Previous experience in regulatory affairs or related fields is a plus but not mandatory. What's in it for me?
