This position involves operating heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of tasks while providing excellent customer service. Pay & Schedule Details Pay Rate: $20 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours per Week: 40 Employment Type: Temp to Perm Home Daily Job Details Route Type: Local Freight: Operating heavy equipment (e.g., Front-End Loaders, Excavators, Grinders, Screeners) Equipment: Heavy equipment for loading mulches, soils, compost, sands, and gravels Handling: Ensure equipment and materials are maintained, cleaned, and stored safely Key Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures Load materials into trucks and customer vehicles Complete all paperwork, reports, and documentation in a timely manner Provide recommendations for maintaining and improving environmental performance Minimum Requirements 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements At least one year of front-end loader operation At least one year of excavator operation Strong communication skills, especially verbal communication Ability to work in all types of weather conditions Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Opportunity for permanent employment Supportive work environment Why Work With Us Our client is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
