Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.Active Pennsylvania state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or may be required; confirm with recruiter.Minimum of relevant clinical experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.Ability to provide skilled physical therapy interventions for geriatric and medically complex patients. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.Work Days: Sunday through Saturday as scheduled; position includes guaranteed 35 hours per week under the contract.Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
