Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a home health setting in Everett, WA. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active Washington State OT license required to start the assignment.One year of home health (HH) experience required.Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation system required.Ability to travel and provide services within a 50+ mile radius of the Everett office.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Productivity expectation: minimum 30 points per week. Documentation must be completed by 10:00 AM the following day.
