Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Current Physical Therapy license for Massachusetts required prior to the start of the assignment.Current CPR certification required.Valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for travel within the agency service area.Experience providing home health physical therapy evaluations and skilled interventions preferred.Experience documenting for CMS-compliant home health records and completing evaluations, plans of care, and timely progress notes preferred.Ability to supervise PTAs and home health aides when permitted by Massachusetts state regulation preferred.Schedule flexibility to participate in weekend rotations and availability on observed holidays as needed.
