This position reports directly to the HVAC Service Manager and plays a key role in ensuring high-quality service, strong technician performance, and excellent customer experience.What We OfferInsurance available after 31 days of employmentTake-home Company Truck / Fuel / Maintenance Low-cost medical insurance options starting at ~$5/weekDental and vision insurance optionsHealth Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holiday payCompany-paid life insuranceCareer advancement opportunities within a national service organization Responsibilities: As an HVAC Service Supervisor, you will assist with managing the service team and supporting the daily operations of the HVAC service department.Assist with supervising and developing the HVAC service team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementHelp coordinate technician schedules, daily assignments, and service prioritiesSupport the Service Manager in maintaining efficient operations and high-quality service deliveryMonitor technician performance, workmanship, and customer satisfactionEnsure materials, parts, and equipment are ordered and available for scheduled jobsReview departmental reports including inventory, tools, vehicles, and service metricsConduct job site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are metReview payroll records to ensure technicians are properly compensatedEnsure technicians have the tools, equipment, and resources needed to complete service callsSupport dispatch operations to ensure appropriate technician assignment and scheduling Qualifications: What You’ll BringVocational training or equivalent HVAC experienceMinimum 2 years of HVAC service field supervisory experienceStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsExcellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and financial awarenessComputer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred)Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, service operations, and technician workflow*This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
