Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.Experience providing coverage/floating across units or facilities preferred.Ability to manage caseloads typical to SNF settings and to document in electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift: Days.Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.Start: Late April 2026.Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours guaranteed per week.
