Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission). • Local & travel allowed. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license. Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
