You will be a key player in our preventative care team, conducting screenings, educating patients, and assisting with treatment planning for gum disease and oral health.Key Responsibilities:Perform thorough cleanings, screenings, and oral health histories.Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis.Educate patients of all ages on preventative care and post-op instructions.Take high-quality X-rays and dental impressions.Maintain accurate patient charting (Dentrix experience preferred).Manage the Colgate order schedule for patient education materials.QualificationsLicense: Valid New York State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required).Experience: Previous clinical experience is preferred, but a positive, patient-friendly personality is a must.Software: Experience with Dentrix is a plus.Skills: Strong attention to detail, stamina for clinical work, and a deep understanding of HIPAA and safety regulations.Schedule & LocationHours: Monday through Wednesday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM.Location: Albany, NY 12205 (Colonie area).Compensation:$52/hour
