Job InfoJob Location: Enfield, CTRoute Type: LocalType of Assignment: DedicatedTransmission Type: AutomaticJob RequirementsExperience: 1+ yearHandling: Light TouchAdditional InformationLocal Route CDL A Hazmat Driver - $29.10 Per Hour TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Enfield, CT.  This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.  CDL A Details  Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10pm - 12pm Start time Pay:  $29.10 Per hour, $1,000 - $1,300 Estimated weekly pay Route Type: Local deliveries to NY, ME, VT, NH, and MA Freight / Load Type: Car batteries and palletized freight Equipment: Straight Truck 28' and 53' Trailer with liftgates Handling: Touch freight, electric pallet jack unload, occasional hand unload when a dock is not available CDL A Minimum Requirements:   License: CDL A Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience  Endorsements: Hazmat Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements  CDL A Responsibilities:   Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes  Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards  Perform required handling tasks including electric pallet jack unload Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations  Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]  Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program  Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
