Inc., you will play a pivotal role in designing and directing the implementation of advanced IT solutions that align with business goals and established architectural standards. You are responsible for shaping the technical vision and strategy for key projects, ensuring the development of systems that are robust, scalable, and secure.We seek a proactive SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect with a strong focus on delivery, capable of collaborating effectively with both business and technology teams to convert complex operational requirements into feasible, sustainable solutions. This position encompasses the entire delivery lifecycle, from initial design through build, testing, cutover, and early life support, with an emphasis on achieving reliable production outcomes.This role extends beyond advisory or enterprise architecture responsibilities. You will own the solution design authority within the scope of the delivery, working closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical, integrated, and successfully delivered through build, test, go‑live, and BAU.Job Responsibilities: (SAP HANA Focus)* Collaborate with business and delivery teams to lead process analysis, fit/gap assessments, and solution design for SAP HANA projects, ensuring requirements are translated into actionable, clear designs.* Drive clarity and quality of requirements for SAP HANA solutions, ensuring they are testable, outcome-focused, and align with end-to-end business processes.* Provide hands-on leadership for SAP HANA configuration and integration, overseeing implementation and technical alignment.* Own end-to-end integration across SAP HANA and adjacent platforms (including master data, middleware, and integration services), ensuring all solutions function as a unified product.Design Authority & Governance: * Act as Solution Design Authority for SAP HANA, making key decisions on solution design, implementation, and evolution within the SAP HANA landscape.* Establish and enforce solution standards and architectural principles for SAP HANA, ensuring consistency across all projects, enhancements, and business-as-usual (BAU) changes.* Lead and participate in design and change review forums for SAP HANA, facilitating constructive discussions and making informed decisions that balance speed, risk, cost, and long-term maintainability.Testing, Cutover & Hypercare:* Oversee SAP HANA testing strategy and execution, including SIT/UAT readiness, defect triage, and resolution of design issues.* Support cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization for SAP HANA, ensuring operational soundness and robust support during hypercare.BAU, Enhancements & Change Governance:* Work with test and business teams to support SIT/UAT readiness, defect triage, and resolution of design issues within SAP HANA projects.* Collaborate with Service Owners, support teams, and SMEs to ensure SAP HANA-related change requests are well-defined, value-driven, and prepared for prioritization and delivery.Solution Architecture Leadership:* Lead the design and development of end-to-end solution architectures for new and existing SAP HANA applications and platforms, incorporating fit‑to‑standard and clean‑core principles, balancing standard SAP capabilities with real business outcomes.Job Qualifications:* Expertise in at least one SAP functional area: Product Supply, Customer Management, or Mobility & Convenience Retail Operations.* Hands-on experience with inventory management, logistics, and operational integration in large SAP systems.* Background in complex pricing, billing, and settlement scenarios tied to operations.* Skilled in integrating SAP S/4HANA with external systems for high-volume transactions and reconciliation.* Coaches teams on SAP best practices and takes ownership of outcomes.* Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered complex IT solutions.* Demonstrated proficiency in Agility core practices and methodologies.* Strong understanding of Information Assurance principles and security best practices.* Experience with Service operations and resilience, including high availability and disaster recovery.* Strong skills in User Experience Analysis to inform design decisions.* Demonstrable experience with Emerging technology monitoring and adoption.* Ability to align technical solutions with business goals through business modeling.* Effective communicator and collaborative leader who fosters discussion and problem-solving.How much do we pay (Base)? ( 144,000.00  & 267,000.00 USD ) *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.  This position is eligible for US Benefits. This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours  of vacation per year for full time employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees).
