Pharmacist - Travel Job

We're hiring a licensed Pharmacist for a contract position where you will use clinical expertise to ensure the safe distribution of medications to patients across an outpatient setting. Minimum Requirements: NJ Pharmacist license required.Minimum 1 year hospital pharmacist experience required; inpatient operational or clinical experience preferred.Required at time of submission: RTO (Return to Office or Required Time Off as defined by client) and ability to meet EOW (Every Other Weekend) scheduling requirement.Must be fully vaccinated including COVID booster.Ability to prepare sterile and hazardous medications per USP standards and manage controlled substances.Experience with medication reconciliation, medication histories, patient education, and clinical interventions.Preferred: experience with Pyxis and carousel technology.Preferred: Epic electronic charting experience.Operational and clinical competency in reviewing, verifying, dispensing medication orders, and providing drug information to healthcare teams.Scrubs or business casual attire acceptable.First-time travelers will be considered. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient.Shift Name: Mid Shift.Shift Details: Mid 5x8-Hour, 15:00–23:00.Schedule Requirement: Every other weekend required.Holidays: 1–2 required based on contract length.No on-call required.No floating required.Assignment Length: 13 week contract.
