Role Overview: Work for a company that cares for its people and offers opportunities for personal growth!  Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2, Multi-Service for Penn State Health in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This manager will support both Environmental services and Food and Nutrition Services. Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping and Food Service teams work at client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of  staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact client satisfaction.  What You'll Do: have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;provide a clean and safe environment for visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;effectively manages the Unit Operating System;support a diverse and inclusive workforce;achieve company and client financial targets and goals; andensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance.  What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
