Our 36-bed unit is consistently busy. We admit, transfer, and discharge up to 600 patients a month.How you'll contribute This position coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, acts as a patient advocate and works as part of a team with ancillary and non-nursing departments. Assesses the patient's condition and nursing care needsSets goals and prescribes appropriate nursing interventions to meet physical, psychological, social and rehabilitative needs of patientsDevelops individual nursing care plansImplements care plans and makes revisions as neededEvaluates patient care outcomesCollaborates with physicians and other hospital employeesAdministers medications, treatments and therapies.Communicates with patients and oversees provision of care. Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
