Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • 6 months of Epic experience is required. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. Required Skills/Experience: - Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled. - Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias Special Requests: - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. - All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. Shift & Scheduling: - Options for 4x12s, 3x12s, or 2x12s available.
