Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Supervisor of Respiratory Care, you willbe responsible forthe overall operation of the department. You willbe responsible fororientating, evaluating, and documentingcompetencyof personnel. You willestablish, maintain, and revise departmental policies and procedures to include departmental programs, quality control, performance improvement, and safety. You willmaintaindepartmental expenses and productivity as budgeted.
