Experience: • 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • Travel experience is required. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple locations • Local & travel allowed. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TRS Program - Stormont Vail Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TRS Program - Stormont Vail Health. Additional Details: Shift & schedule requirements: Travelers primary shifts are at Midtown clinic in Topeka (right next to main campus) except for one shift at Cotton O’neil Croco clinic in Topeka. On call will be discussed in the interview. This 13-26 week assignment. Starts at 48 if scheduled. 84 Hours Bi-Weekly. 2 Week Schedule Rotation: First week- Monday 830 am to 8 pm (30 minute lunch) at Midtown Clinic. Tuesday 830 am to 8 pm (30 minute lunch) at Midtown Clinic. Friday 830 am to 8 pm (30 minute lunch) at Midtown Clinic. Saturday 1050 am to 5pm at Midtown Clinic. Second week- Sunday 1050 am to 5pm at Midtown Clinic. Tuesday 830 am to 8 pm (30 minute lunch) at Midtown. Wednesday 830 am to 8 pm (30 minute lunch) at Cotton O’Neil Croco Clinic.
