Dental Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and caring Dental Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with Dr. Karassi and our front office staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. If you love working with people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and take pride in quality care — we’d love to meet you.What You’ll Do• Assist Dr. Karassi chair side during a wide range of dental procedures• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories between patients• Take and process digital X-rays• Help with patient education and comfort before, during, and after procedures• Support sedation dentistry appointments, including nitrous oxide administration• Assist with pediatric patients in a gentle, reassuring manner• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records• Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth daily operations• Uphold OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards at all timesWhat We’re Looking For• Radiology certification (or willingness to obtain)• CPR/BLS certification preferred• Genuine warmth with patients, especially children and anxious patients• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a clinical setting• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude• Familiarity with dental software a plus — but we’re happy to train the right personOffice Hours We are open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. We are closed Wednesdays and weekends, giving our team a great work-life balance.This position's hours are flexible for the right candidate!
