Become a part of our caring community Job Description SummaryThe SRT Technicians operate as a specialized team within the dispensing facility. Their functionality provides a link between the Front end processing of prescriptions orders (E-post) and the Back end filling of prescriptions (QMSI). These technicians maintain access into both processing systems allowing them the opportunity to ensure that orders requiring special attention or intervention are processed quickly and effectively sometimes at a high level of difficulty.Location: This is an onsite role. 9843 Windisch Rd. West Chester Twp, OH 45069Shift: Based on business need, the shift will be either Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM OR 4x10 hour days Monday through Wednesday and Friday 6:00AM-4:30PM (Thursday off).Earn a $1,500 hiring bonus! 50% of the hiring bonus is payable at hire and 50% is payable at 180 days of employment.The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 (Special Requirements Team) ensures inventory levels are adequate for processing by working with the dispensing teams. This role regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques. This role works under limited guidance due to previous experience, breadth, and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.Specific duties could include but are not limited to:Running aging reports with excelMonitor SRT inbox and complete incoming requestsProcess orders within the Fulfillment Exceptions ePost queuePartner with Front End teams on orders identified as high priorityPartner with UPS and FedEx to track and ensure timely delivery of packages that have already left the facility (some outbound calling)Manually filling and processing of orders as neededUse your skills to make an impact Required QualificationsMust have an active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in Ohio.Must have National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT)1 + years of experience in a retail, clinical or mail order pharmacy.Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
