If you are energized by solving complex problems, developing people, and making a measurable difference in your community, we want to meet you.What You Will Own:Patient Experience and AccessChampion a best-in-class patient experience by implementing proven practices and responding proactively to patient feedbackOptimize appointment slot utilization to maximize patient access, minimize wait times, and drive operational efficiencyMaintain the right balance of slot quality and availability to meet the unique needs of our senior patient populationEnsure the care team is consistently available, accessible, and responsive, removing every barrier that stands between a patient and their carePatient Retention and Care ContinuityMonitor and actively manage patient disenrollment rates, identifying root causes and executing retention strategiesIdentify and coordinate care for orphan patients (those without an assigned primary care provider) to ensure no patient falls through the cracksTeam Culture and EngagementBuild and sustain a positive, collaborative center culture where every team member feels valued, engaged, and motivatedDesign and lead initiatives that boost staff morale, strengthen team cohesion, and inspire long-term commitmentBe a visible, accessible, and inspiring leader who brings out the best in the people around youWorkforce Planning and DevelopmentDevelop and execute smart workforce planning strategies to ensure your center is always appropriately staffed to meet patient demandLead a best-in-class onboarding experience for new team members, setting them up for success from day one with comprehensive training and strong support systemsImplement meaningful retention strategies that reduce turnover and create clear pathways for career growth within ChenMedDay-to-Day Center OperationsServe as the primary leader for all daily center operations, including direct supervision of center staffEnsure the needs of physicians, clinicians, care teams, patients, and visitors are consistently met with excellencePartner closely with your Center Medical Director to align operational and clinical prioritiesWhat Makes You the Right Fit:Relationship BuilderYou understand that great operations run on great relationships. You assess risk, identify root causes, and design solutions that prevent problems from recurring.Highly Organized and AdaptableYou can manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and shifting demands without missing a beat, and you bring your team along with you.Technical Skills Required:Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookComfortable working across a variety of software platforms including databases, email, and presentation toolsStrong working knowledge of healthcare operations standards, methods, and regulatory requirementsFamiliarity with local, state, and federal laws applicable to healthcare operationsSpoken and written fluency in EnglishEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Biological Sciences, or a closely related field required. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
