Your Impact as RN ADON In partnership with the Director of Nursing, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role in guiding clinical excellence by: Supporting and overseeing day-to-day clinical operations in a Skilled Nursing setting Leading, coaching, and inspiring nurses and CNAs to perform at their highest potential Serving as a trusted clinical leader and resource for staff, residents, and families Driving regulatory compliance while promoting a culture rooted in compassion, dignity, and accountability Championing best practices, innovation, and continuous quality improvement Modeling professionalism, integrity, and servant leadership at all times What You Bring to the Team Current Texas RN license (or Compact Party State RN license) Required: Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) RN experience Required: Previous nurse leadership experience in long-term care/SNF Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and leadership presence A passion for mentoring others and creating a positive, high-performing team culture Why Nurse Leaders Choose Touchstone Communities We believe exceptional leaders deserve exceptional support.
