This role will analyze ability of product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factor. This role is a full-time, contract and is on-site.What You'll DoAnalyzes ability of product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factorsDesigns, recommends revisions to and installs quality control systemsDevelops and documents analytical methods for establishing reliability of products and their componentsConducts analysis on relative reliability with regard to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production and availability of materials and equipmentDevelops, implements and monitors company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state and local environmental, health and safety regulations, and recommends corrective actions, if anyResponsible for policies and practices to comply with applicable government regulations and industry requirements related to product environmental complianceResponsible for implementation & management of technical and testing standards & specs, quality control & reliability programs governing materials, product & processes resulting in optimizing use of material and laborResponsible for failure analysis, root cause, corrective action and customer communicationWhat You'll Need:RequiredBachelor's DegreeCompetency in using technical tools specific to the job function: e.g. CAD, CAE, industrial or quality engineering tools.Basic knowledge of general engineering tools (LEAN or 6-sigma) such as DoE, FMEA, QFD, etc.Physical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetingsReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$52.00 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
