The Busser plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This position ensures tables are promptly cleared and reset, assists servers with guest needs, and helps maintain overall cleanliness and flow of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Responsibilities: Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain table turnoverMaintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restaurant floorsRefill water glasses and assist with basic guest needs as directed by serversSupport servers with food delivery and table maintenance when neededStock service stations with glassware, silverware, napkins, and condimentsRemove trash and transport dishes to dishwashing areasFollow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standardsCollaborate with front- and back-of-house team members to ensure smooth service Qualifications: Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not requiredStrong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented attitude with strong communication skillsAbility to remain on feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysCommitment to maintaining cleanliness and high service standards
