Assistant Nurse Manager

What We Offer: Assistant Nurse Manager Schedule: PM shift. Consider 5pm-5am/flexible.  Provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level. What We're Looking For: Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
