Job DescriptionThe Unit Controller position will support Aramarks financial planning services by assisting in the continuous improvement of business and financial processes.Compensation DataThe Salaried rate for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. For jobs in San Francisco, this includes the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the FP&A DirectorAs the main lead within the FP&A Centre of Excellence team, optimally complete the reporting cycles; monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of actuals, forecast and plan across Northern EuropeCoordinate results around reporting cycles including monthly commentaryContribute towards improvement of the Management Information for Northern EuropeSupervise the preparation of analysis to support understanding of actual resultsWork closely with the various functional managers in supporting efficiency analysis and recommendationsProactively lead on continuous development of current reports and analysisSupport the FP&A Director with co-ordination and improvement of the annual plan processWork with business leaders to understand information needs and requirementsEnsure alignment of financial figures between local IBM systems and Hyperion Reporting (Corporate reporting)Ensure appropriate variance analysis carried out in a timely mannerQualificationsBachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Qualified AccountantA proven ability in a similar role, and experience in a FP&A environment is an advantageBig 4 background is desirable Able to spot and clearly articulate identified trends and their impact on business performanceHave Analytical Skills with attention to detail Advanced excel and modelling including VBAUsing tools such as IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, BI, TableauHave experience in a fast-paced environmentBe able to deliver on reporting deadlines to a corporate head officeEducationAbout AramarkOur MissionRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.At Aramark, we believe that every employee should enjoy equal employment opportunity and be free to participate in all aspects of the company.
