Job Description

Captial City Hospice is seeking a Clinical Liaison RN who thrives in fast-paced clinical environments and is passionate about improving the patient experience. In this key role, you’ll provide expert bedside assessments, facilitate timely hospice admissions, and support transitions into General Inpatient (GIP) care.
