Quality Control Inspector - 1st Shift

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector (1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM) Location: 6035 Stoneridge Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588 Duration: 6 Months (Contract) Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Pay Range: $25 - $28 per hour (W2) Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM We are seeking a “Quality Control Inspector - 1st Shift” to join one of our leading healthcare clients. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform routine inspections of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components. This role primarily involves visual inspection to ensure products meet established quality standards throughout various stages of production. Key Responsibilities Perform visual inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products Verify conformance to quality assurance standards and specifications Identify and document defects, discrepancies, or non-conforming materials Maintain accurate inspection records and support quality documentation processes Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve inspection-related issues Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects Good written and verbal communication skills (English) Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments Familiarity with SAP, MES, or similar systems Key Competencies High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to follow structured processes and procedures Strong observational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and within a team Additional Information This role is heavily focused on visual inspection, where attention to detail is more critical than technical tool usage Ideal for candidates with a quality mindset and experience in process-driven environments We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship.
