Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a Business Solutions Lead -App stability, resiliency, compliance (NC/GA) to join their team. As a Business Solutions Lead -App stability, resiliency, compliance (NC/GA), you will be part of the Technology Operations Department supporting critical business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Solutions Lead -App stability, resiliency, compliance (NC/GA) Location: Kennesaw, GA and Charlotte, NC (both have the same market rates) What's the Job? Manage the operational health, availability, and compliance of a portfolio of critical applications. Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, vendor releases, and production incident responses to ensure stability and resiliency. Act as the primary technology liaison for application-related BAU activities, ensuring smooth execution and communication. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess impacts, ensure readiness, and drive change management processes. Track and remediate security vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards. What's Needed? 7+ years of experience in application support, business solution management, or technology operations within a large enterprise environment. Experience supporting multiple applications concurrently, including vendor-hosted and internally developed solutions. Strong background in BAU operations, production support, and operational change management. Hands-on experience coordinating infrastructure upgrades, vendor releases, and incident management. Familiarity with enterprise security controls, vulnerability management, and remediation tracking. What's in it for me?
