Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team. As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting facility operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Building Engineer Location: 22010 SE 51st St, Issaquah, WA What's the Job? Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems within a multi-use facility. Ensure building systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards and regulations. Assist with preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime. Respond to emergency repairs and troubleshoot complex building system issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, following all safety protocols. What's Needed? High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience. Valid 06A license and Universal Refrigerant license; City of Seattle Refrigerant license highly preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs/ladders, and standing for extended periods. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. Strong research skills and the ability to analyze multiple sources of information to solve problems. What's in it for me?
