Our client, a leading organization in the workspace management industry, is seeking a MAC Coordinator to join their team. As a MAC Coordinator, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting client relocation and workspace optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong customer service orientation, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: MAC Coordinator Location: Rochester, NY What's the Job? Assist with the implementation of relocations, logistic moves, furniture reconfigurations, and IT systems for client moves and workspace changes. Coordinate with occupancy planners and support the installation and reconfiguration of furniture for various move projects. Manage MAC work orders, schedules, and communication plans to ensure timely execution of tasks. Support day-to-day space-related inquiries and project activities, maintaining a central database of property layouts and configurations. Conduct pre-move walkthroughs and ensure spaces are prepared for new occupants, minimizing disruption to business operations. What's Needed? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple move projects simultaneously. Ability to support change management initiatives related to workspace configurations and work styles. Experience in facilities management, space planning, or related fields is preferred. What's in it for me?
