Cad Operator

Our client, a large-scale facilities operations and infrastructure services organization, is seeking a Cad Operator to join their team. As a Cad Operator you will be part of the Engineer – Manufacturing team supporting design and engineer teams, The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, coachable/willingness to learned and be reliable which will align successfully in the organization.   Job Title: Cad Operator Location: Hauppauge, NY Pay Range: $37.12/hr - $38.47/hr What’s the Job? Demonstrates a serious interest in the life safety and fire protection industry, with an understanding of the responsibility and rigor associated with life safety system design.   Is self driven, reliable, and motivated to learn, grow, and build a career within a structured engineering and design environment.   Comfortable working under supervision while actively seeking feedback, guidance, and technical development from senior design staff.   What’s Needed? Hands-on construction exposure (electrical/mechanical) Detail-oriented (clean drawings, documentation discipline) Career-oriented (interested in life safety systems) Comfortable with structured, supervised environments Strong AutoCAD proficiency (2014+) What’s in it for me?
