Site Manager

Our client, a leader in retail banking facilities management, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting the operational excellence of banking facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to facility oversight, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Site Manager Location: Jericho, NY What's the Job? Oversee the daily operations of retail bank facilities to ensure smooth functioning and safety compliance. Coordinate and manage vendor relationships and service delivery to meet client expectations. Develop and implement facility management programs to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs. Lead and supervise facilities staff, including technicians, vendors, and contractors, ensuring high-quality service. Prepare and manage budgets, including capital and expense planning, and report on financial performance. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management or related field. At least 5 years of industry experience in retail or banking facilities management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office programs and CMMS systems. What's in it for me?
