Support Agreement Analyst / Program Management Specialist- Mid This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance to start!A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.The Program Management Specialist supports the Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO) by managing the development, coordination, and tracking of Army Support Agreements in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role ensures agreements are accurate, compliant with fiscal law and Army policy, and executed within required timelines. The specialist works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate approvals, maintain audit readiness, and support organizational processes related to reimbursable agreements. This position requires strong attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Management Specialist- Mid / Support Agreement Analyst: $100-110KPay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.Program Management Specialist- Mid / Support Agreement Analyst Responsibilities Include: Review, edit, and track Army Support Agreements (e.g., 7600A and 7600B) for accuracy and complianceEnsure agreements meet fiscal law requirements and align with Army policy and audit readiness standardsCoordinate requirements and draft support agreement documentationFacilitate approval processes with legal, Program Management (PM) staff, and HQ stakeholdersTrack agreements against ASA (ALT) and FM&C policies and thresholdsMaintain and update Support Agreement trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools using Excel and Office 365Assist with implementation and execution of G-Invoicing processesMonitor timelines to ensure agreements are approved prior to mission or event executionPrepare charts and briefing materials for leadership on agreement status, risks, and milestonesCommunicate and coordinate with internal teams and external customers, agencies, and contractorsBuild and maintain relationships with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth agreement executionSupport process improvements and standardization of support agreement practicePerforms other job-related duties as assigned Program Management Specialist- Mid / Support Agreement Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience supporting program management, financial operations, or administrative processes within a government or defense environmentExperience with Army Support Agreements, including 7600A and 7600B documentationExperience reviewing and tracking agreements for compliance, audit readiness, and policy alignmentProficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel for tracking and reportingExperience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders (legal, program, and HQ staff)Experience managing trackers, dashboards, and status reporting for leadershipAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Experience supporting or implementing G-Invoicing processesFamiliarity with ASA (ALT) and FM&C policies and proceduresExperience preparing executive-level briefings and reportsKnowledge of federal financial management and reimbursable agreement processesMust pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee FederalCompany Information:Cherokee Nation Defense Solutions (CNDS) is a part of Cherokee Federal – the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
