Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Virginia required to start the assignment. Candidates holding licensure in other states should obtain VA licensure prior to start.Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.Experience providing outpatient orthopedic and post-operative care preferred.Experience with standard physical therapy evaluation and intervention tools, including both standardized and non-standardized outcome measures.Ability to develop individualized treatment plans, provide patient and caregiver education, and coordinate discharge recommendations.Experience working in outpatient clinic settings preferred. Experience treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations required; pediatric experience preferred if available.Must be able to participate in clinical education, maintain competency through continuing education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.Client-specific requirement: Manager will interview candidates prior to selection.Client-specific requirement: Assignment includes 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week, with no weekend work.
