Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Alabama Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience evaluating and developing treatment plans for acute care or inpatient hospital populations preferred.Demonstrated competency with documentation, goal writing, and discharge planning in an acute hospital electronic medical record preferred.Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide patient and family education. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital.Shift: Day (5x8).Duration: 13 Week assignment.Clinical Role: Provide comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document per hospital standards, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.May be required to cover or float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
