Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.Current clinical documentation skills and experience with physical therapy evaluations, plan of care development, and restorative nursing programs preferred.Ability to work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.Work Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
