Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred.Preference for candidates with Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) experience. (Preferred)Experience treating geriatric populations and managing post-acute care plans preferred.
