Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.Ability to manage caseloads typical of skilled nursing facilities, including restorative and geriatric populations preferred.Client note: PT preferred but PTA will be considered. (Preferred, not required.) Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.Work Schedule: 5x8.Start: ASAP.Contract Weeks: 13.
