Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.No new graduates. Minimum recent clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy required.Experience providing evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting in compliance with state and payer guidelines.Ability to perform functional, goal-directed treatment programs and write letters of medical necessity as indicated.Experience supervising or delegating tasks to therapy assistants or students preferred.
