Computed Tomography Technologist – Travel Job

Become a vital part of our team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform prescribed CT procedures, administer contrast materials as indicated, produce high-quality diagnostic images, perform equipment quality control, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support timely patient care. Minimum Requirements: 2 years CT technologist experience.Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (JRCERT or equivalent).Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification. Nuclear Medicine certification (NMTCB) acceptable where applicable.State licensure required for AZ prior to hire. (Applicants must hold applicable state registration for Radiography or Nuclear Medicine and CT.)Advanced Certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT(CT) or NMTCB(CT)) required within 18 months of hire.BLS certification required.Clinical knowledge typically achieved with two years of experience in CT, including competency in performing contrast-enhanced studies and ability to troubleshoot CT equipment and QC procedures.Must demonstrate effective communication, human relations, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.Vendor/agency applicants: candidate must be aware of requirements noted in facility additional comments and varied work schedule details prior to applying.
