Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.Active Missouri state license required to start the assignment. Compact licensure accepted where applicable.Minimum 1 year of SLP clinical experience required. LTC or SNF experience required.Experience evaluating and treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions.Ability to accurately document treatment minutes and maintain clinical records in an electronic documentation system per regulatory requirements.Ability to supervise and support Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinicians or SLP students.Adherence to ASHA and state practice acts, codes of conduct, and ethics during professional practice.BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.Preferred: Three years of experience holding active CCCs. Preferred: prior experience in long-term care rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility workflows. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Days: Monday through Friday.Shift Pattern: 5x8 hour days. Start time should be before 6:00 AM and no later than 10:00 AM; times are flexible when consistent and communicated with Director of Rehabilitation.Weekend Requirement: No regular weekend work unless a holiday falls within Monday–Friday; then make-up hours may be scheduled on the weekend.Assignment Duration: 13 week travel assignment.Client requires documentation of references; one reference accepted at time of submission.
