Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Minnesota PT license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.Client requirement: completion of a four-week onboarding period at the facility prior to providing independent caseload management.Preferred: prior travel therapy or multi-facility float experience.
