Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Bettendorf, IA at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Iowa state license or compact license required prior to the start of assignment.BLS (AHA) certification required.Minimum 2 years of previous clinical experience required.At least one completed travel contract required.Epic EMR experience required.Not an employee of the client within the last 12 months.Driver's license required.Work history/resume required.Completed skills checklist within 1 year of submission required.License verification, copy of required certifications, and one supervisory reference required at time of submission.Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.Preferred: additional outpatient experience and experience working within interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient clinic.Shift: Days.Shift hours: 0800–1630, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.EMR: Epic.Orientation schedule: Every Monday.Traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.Required to work some summer holidays: 1–2 of Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.
